3. Maintain Company Culture
Maintaining Company
culture is a major part of human resource development. Company culture can be defined as the values, beliefs, and
attitudes that serve as guiding principles for everyone in an organization." However, as your firm grows rapidly, it might be difficult to maintain that culture, which can have a detrimental impact on
the entire organization. According to Harvard Business review company culture is everyone’s responsibility. The CEO
directs the human resources department to create a successful corporate
culture. HR creates
a campaign to promote the mission statement, and key values set by the CEO and senior management (Yohn, 2021).
Company Culture should
be adaptable to its environment changes. When company is going with a growing phase maintaining company
culture is challenging. In there, maintaining culture throughout
organizational expansion can be difficult for a variety of reasons, notably in
terms of people. As your team
grows, the possibilities of new hiring
that do not mesh with your company's
values and culture rise. There's also the communication aspect. The more
people you add to an organization, the more communication channels information and cultural efforts
must pass through, which can result in things
getting lost in translation (deBara, 2021).
Accordingly, under the covid – 19 pandemic
most of the companies have adapt their culture
to that environment (Yohn, 2021)

of the company.
